Our upcoming primary care services will be designed to help those in need take control and improve their health. 

Proposed services will be performed and managed by a personal provider who may collaborate with other health professionals or refer as appropriate. 

Our proposed primary care will promote effective communication with patients and encourage the patient to be an active partner in health care.  

Our proposed primary care services will include:  well and acute sick visits; new patient medical visits; same-day appointments; physical exams; STI testing and treatment of women’s health and exams; testing and laboratory services; Referral for specialized services - STAY TUNED

Up coming services will include helping individuals facing Substance Misuse Issues.

 Substance misuse directly affects over 20 million people in the United States each year. Such a significant area of need cannot be ignored, and Destiny Empowerment Center Inc.’s Substance Misuse Upcoming Program will provide a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan for individuals struggling with addiction and substance misuse. 

We will offer services and attention to jumpstart the recovery by showing them that they are deserving of care and compassion. Our mental status exam will  identify underlying causes like emotional trauma and other biopsychosocial factors that often contribute to substance use and misuse. We work closely with each community member we serve to set goals and develop a plan that is appropriate for them and provides the necessary level of care. 

The Substance Misuse Program will utilize the techniques of the 12-Step Program through Powerful Peer Support Groups. These groups will incredibly and effectively provide belonging, understanding, and acceptance in a way that only those with substance misuse experience can offer. The 12-Step Program is synonymous with recovery from addiction and other dysfunctional behavioral patterns, which is why we will use these guidelines in our Substance Misuse Program.    STAY TUNED.

Services to offer comprehensive optometry services is underway behind the scene. 

We will offer a selection of stylish frames and lenses on site and mobile services.  Our goal is to provide patients services through insurance coverage or payment assistance for those without insurance.  

Our Vision services will include:  comprehensive eye exams; imaging and diagnostics glasses fittings and repair - STAY TUNED

We are working behind the scene to procure funding to provide home for Veterans to end Veteran homelessness by providing the tools and support that lead to independent living. 

We will provide an array of supportive services for Veterans who are homeless or facing the possible loss of housing.  They  will receive intensive case management, information, referrals and help with finding employment and housing

Our goal is to provide  Emergency Housing & Permanent Housing – Any Veteran will be able to enter our proposed housing at any time night or day and be provided a place to sleep that night, regardless of length of service or discharge status.  Also, we are working hard behind the secure funding for permanent hosing. - STAY TUNED

This program will help veteran families in our specified communities to obtain stable housing, whether they are currently homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless. 

Families who are imminently at risk of losing their housing work with case managers to provide needed temporary financial assistance, linkage with community and Veteran Assistance  benefits and a plan to improve their housing stability.

Donors are being sought rigorously  to fund these much needed services for the families of the veterans - - STAY TUNED

shelter for battered adults especially women and their children. 

Our goal is to provide a coordinated response for clients facing domestic violence to provide assistance, referral and housing that will enable our clients to rebuild their lives. We will provide Staff led domestic violence support groups for our clients - STAY TUNED

Up coming services include sober living homes and recovery residences for those in recovery from addiction. We are working behind the scenes to provide certified and structured sober living for both men and women in recovery that will be strong to enhance our community.

Our options will include services for sober living with male, female, co-ed, certified for you or a loved one to bridge the gap between clinical treatment and independent living.
